I’m an engineering leader (resume) based in Los Angeles, with over 20 years of experience leading software teams in healthcare, ticketing and telecom. I’ve worked for companies like Ticketmaster, GoodRx and Amp’d Mobile and also advise startups on their growth journey.
I have a proven track record of bringing teams together to execute on a focused mission. I also have experience leading large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives at companies with legacy systems. At Ticketmaster, I led a large cross-functional initiative to modernize their legacy payment systems across multiple countries.
In addition to software delivery, I care about incident management and how organizations can learn and improve from incidents. I played an active role at Ticketmaster and GoodRx to shape their incident management processes.
When I’m not working, you can find me on the tennis court or slogging away in the kitchen, thinking about how software development is just like cooking (It’s not, or is it?).
